Organize inquiries in Case Builder

Use a desktop or tablet for more room when comparing inquiries, entering transactions and preparing reports. Linked inquiries appear in a compact table, with a stacked layout on phones. Open View recorded checks for the latest three checks, or select the inquiry name for its full history. Removing an inquiry from a case removes only its link; it does not delete the inquiry. Cases are private and are not automatically submitted to staff or authorities.

My cases

Prepare a spreadsheet copy for Case Builder

Download the transaction template in CSV or XLSX. Column headers can be in any order. Review dates, descriptions, amounts, currencies and transaction references, correct flagged values and confirm selected rows. Initial transaction-template imports are included in free Level 1 when customer uploads are enabled; files wait for a manual operator check. Keep the original workbook unchanged. Formulas, macros, external links and embedded objects are not accepted. Make a separate values-only copy using Paste Special. Saved formula results may be outdated; amounts and transactions are not verified findings. XLS, JSON and original email EML support are future work.

Community search activity

Completed domain checks saved to active member accounts can contribute to a 90-day community count. Each account counts once; your account is excluded when you are signed in. A count appears only at three or more qualifying members. Names, individual search dates, notes and inquiry contents are not shown. This is current context, not evidence of fraud, verified unique people or a risk-score factor. Anonymous unsaved checks and URL checks do not contribute. Current counts are not included in PDF, CSV or account downloads.

Run a check and understand results

Enter a website, domain, email, phone number, or wallet on Check. Select the wallet network when prompted. See why explains the available evidence and coverage. No information found does not establish safety.

Start a check

Save inquiries and organize groups

Checks in the current session form an inquiry. Choose Save This Inquiry and sign in or create an account when asked. My Inquiries lets you find saved checks, assign groups and add private group notes. Save before clearing your browser session.

My Inquiries

Download your records

Inquiry and group PDF/CSV downloads use saved information, without new lookups. Private group notes are excluded. A group download includes the whole group even when the list is filtered. Larger reports have size limits; a large PDF may take longer to prepare.

Account recovery and private data

Use Forgot password on Sign in to request a reset email. Check your spam folder and open the newest link in the same browser. Account settings includes a separate private data download, including group notes, and operator-assisted account/data requests.

What do these results mean?Hide details
No Scam Case Builder Information Found
This check did not find information that supports an assessment in the sources available to it. Missing or unavailable information does not mean the identifier is safe or legitimate.
Scam Case Builder Found Information
Information is available, but it does not currently support a stronger warning.
Use Caution
Warning information suggests you should verify further before continuing.
High Concern
The available evidence supports a significant warning. Consider delaying any payment or transfer while you verify independently.

Read See why for the evidence and any missing coverage. An unavailable check is not a no-match result, and these categories are not probabilities of fraud.

Saved results reflect the original check. Run a new check to assess current information. Domain registration, phone metadata and basic wallet activity are informational and do not add warning points or establish ownership.
